We’ve just recently started with Payne & are very happy with service. We originally reached out because they advertise pet friendly solutions. Our first visit was very thorough with tech taking time to explain issues he came across. Who knew there were so many ant varieties. We’ve called a couple of times with questions (left voice message) & have received prompt replies. One concern was possible termites. Tech was out next day to investigate & referred us to a termite company.
